GSE Grades
Our carbide range exists of preforms and rods. Our carbide blanks and carbide rods are available in different grades. A number of grades are in stock as standard, suchs as our GSE10, GSE06 and GSE12. Besides that we also offer other grades on request. For example our GSE065, GSE08 and GSE09.
Carbide grades in stock
GSE10
The majority of our material is based on 10% cobalt. Hence the name GSE10. This grade has a couple of specificatons regarding the density, hardness, bending force and grain size.
GSE06
An other grade we have in stock as standard is our GSE06. This grade is based on 6% cobalt.
GSE12
Finally there is our GSE12. This grade is also in stock as standard. The carbide of this grade is based of 12% cobalt.
Carbide grades on request
GSE065
Our GSE065 is vased on 6,5% cobalt and is besides the cobalt percentages also different regarding the specificatons compared to our GSE06.
GSE08
An other grade we als offer on request is our GSE08. The material of this grade is based on 8% cobalt.
GSE09
Finally there is our GSE09. This grade is also available on request. The carbide of this grade is based on 9% cobalt.
