To notify you about our services and products and any potential changes to them.
To continue to meet legal obligations.
To settle your payment.

How long we store personal data

GSE Technology will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary in order to realise the purposes for which your data is being gathered. Data that must be stored for an extended period in order to satisfy a statutory retention obligation are only deleted once this extended period has elapsed. If the agreed or statutory retention period has elapsed, the personal data is removed from the files and destroyed within a period of a year..

Sharing personal data with third parties

GSE Technology does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or in order to satisfy a legal obligation. We enter into a processor’s agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure that your data enjoys the same level of security and confidentiality. We use Leadinfo to measure the business visits of our website. This shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. We do not include the IP address.

Viewing, amending or deleting data

You have the right to view, amend or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by GSE Technology and you have the right to transferability of data. That means that you may submit a request to us to send your personal data that we have in our possession to you or another organisation nominated by you in a computer file. A request to view, amend, delete or transfer your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data can be sent to info@gsetechnology.com.
